You, The Data Subject, will be a user of one of our electric fires which will be able to be operated remotely using a device with the Elektra Fire Smart
Remote application.

The information provided in this policy is clear and concise to make it easy to understand. Personal data collected directly from you or received by us from external parties for the purposes of making contact with you, with your consent, to promote, market the sale of, and sell our products and/or
services, is subject to this privacy policy.

What Information And Permissions We Use

We collect the following personal data when you use our application:

Location Service – This is required in order for the App to connect to
your Fire

WIFI – Allows the app to connect to your fire. We do not share your data with any external parties and do not collect or retain any of your data. If any data is obtained it would be for the purpose of troubleshooting any functional issues with the app and your device. Any data that is processed would only be done so with your consent which you provide when accepting the Terms and Conditions and this Privacy
Policy.

We do not collect, obtain or process any sensitive special category of
personal data.

Agreements are in place with our data processor and partner companies to
ensure they also adhere to current data protection law and regulation, and appropriate security measures are in place. We do not transfer any personal data outside of the UK (EEA).

If you would like to withdraw your consent or if you have any questions
